WineArt Villa consists of two independent suites, Enos and Terra, suitable for both families and groups of friends.

Payment policy 2025
Upon booking 60% of the total reservation will be charged to your credit
card.
Guests must pay in cash or with credit card all outstanding charges on Check in.
The cancellation terms for the summer season 2025.
· All cancellations up to 26 days before date of arrival , are free cancellation and all the Deposits will be refund.
· For all Season’s Between 1 – 25 days prior to arrival date, 60% of the total stay cost is charged.
· Non show in all seasons: 100% of the total stay is charged.

Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation if you cancel a reservation at least 50 days before the checkin date.
- Reservation cancellation is allowed if requested at least 30 days before the checkin date. In case of cancellation you will be charged the 80% of the reservation.
